At Perfumehead, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original luxury box and shipping carton to ensure the bottle is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
